ESPN’s Jayson Stark reports Toronto wants left-hander Trevor Reckling, ranked the Angels’ fourth-best prospect, in any Roy Halladay deal.
Reckling, 20, reached Double-A last season, and did well.
He also pitched for Team USA as it went undefeated to win the 22-nation World Cup of Baseball in September in Italy.
