Rivera close to returning

Outfielder Juan Rivera has now missed the past seven games (and nine of the past 12) with his right hamstring injury.
But Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Rivera has increased his running in pre-game workouts and could be back in the lineup any day now – perhaps as early as Sunday – at DH.
