ANAHEIM - Hey, Mike Scioscia, please, please, please start Juan Rivera in Game 2 over Gary Matthews Jr.

Why Scioscia doesn’t play Rivera more always has been a mystery. Unlike most of the Angels - especially in the most recent postseasons - Rivera actually can produce an extra-base hit and might even hit a ball over the fence. Image that.
