As we were perusing the Disney blogs in search of news, we came across a nifty article from the Disney and More blog.
The writers over at Disney and More came across a 1996 press kit from Disney highlighting the future of the Disneyland Resort — mainly Disney’s California Adventure.
The findings could not have come at a more apropos time; just as Disney is in the middle of a major $1 billion overhaul, it is interesting to see what the theme park was intended to look like more than 10 years ago.
Some of the ideas the concept-art depicts are an entrance sans Golden Gate Bridge, but with the addition of a giant gold spire.
