Walt Disney World has been cited for violating federal safety regulations in a monorail accident that killed a Disney worker last summer. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration charged Walt Disney World Thursday (Dec. 24) with multiple violations and proposed fining the theme park 44 thousand dollars in penalties for the accident that killed a 21-year-old worker.
