NEW YORK — Universal Pictures and Walt Disney Studios may be ready to sign distribution deals with the DVD kiosk company Redbox, a Merriman Curhan Ford analyst said Wednesday.
In a note to investors, Merriman analyst Eric Wold wrote, “We would not be surprised to see a more formal distribution agreement announced” with The Walt Disney Co.’s film studio, even though an arrangement already exists.
